Twin Motor Centrifugal Sifter

Function and use

SAT sifters are engineered to inspect each ingredient for contaminants at various stages: before, during, and after processing. As material passes through a screener, lumps, foreign objects, and other impurities are automatically identified and expelled through a discharge outlet. Equipped with a baffle that blocks the fine particles from entering the outlet, the compliant screened material proceeds in the production line, ensuring enhanced safety and quality.

The main function of the twin motors in this sifter is to generate high-frequency vibrations that help in the separation process. The vibrations cause the material to move and flow over the screen, allowing the smaller particles to pass through while the larger particles are conveyed to the discharge end.

Advantages

High separation efficiency for faster processing and increased productivity.

Accurate particle separation for consistent and reliable classification.

Versatile handling of a wide range of materials, including powders, granules, and bulk solids.

Easy maintenance with minimal moving parts, allowing for easy cleaning and screen replacement.

Dust containment systems minimize dust emissions and maintain a clean working environment.
