The Vibro Sifter serves as a versatile tool for screening, sieving, and grading processes, enabling efficient solid-liquid separation. It effectively separates desired components from undesired ones in mixtures of solids, whether it’s solid-to-solid interactions involving materials with distinct properties or solid-to-liquid interactions.

This multipurpose equipment finds applications across a wide array of industries, including pharmaceuticals, chemicals, cosmetics, plastics, paints, minerals, rubber compounds, metal powders, detergents, pesticides and fertilizers, as well as dyestuffs and pigments.

The Vibro Sifter comprises a screen positioned atop a central base plate, connected to a gyratory motor. Material is introduced through the inlet at the top and is evenly distributed onto the screen. Smaller particles pass through the mesh of the screen, while larger particles exit through an outlet.

This separation process is facilitated by the vibratory motor and strategically placed weights on the screen, ensuring effective filtration or separation of the material. The entire assembly is supported by resilient springs, allowing it to operate as an isolated unit that vibrates without transferring vibrations to the surrounding foundation.
