The system consider of a vacuum suction cup attached to the outlet of the client/SAT equipment like bag dump station/mixer/jumbo bag etc. So to make suction of material. The food-grade PU hose transfers the material to the collection chamber. The collection chamber house a filter so that only clean air is directed towards the vacuum pump, while product is collected in the chamber.

The cylindrical Valve operation ensures seamless product being delivered to client process Accordingly, a guard filter is provided upstream of the vacuum pump to protect it in one of failure of main filter

The complete cycle is controlled by a Pneumatic/micro controller or PLC one control panel.
